We at the Counselling Centre for Livelihoods offer free and confidential counselling, guidance and support for people in financial and social need. We help you to secure your livelihood and to improve your living situation in the long term.

In addition to digital counselling, we are also available by phone, email and in person at our counselling centres and provide individual help tailored to your situation.

Online advice centre for legal social counselling

We are happy to help you with questions about

minimum income, social assistance, social support, housing support
unemployment benefit, emergency assistance, care allowance, pension
registration certificate and permanent residence certificate for EU/EEA citizens
administrative penalties (except penalties for illegal residence or entry into Austria)
reclaiming benefits from the basic welfare scheme

In the legal social counselling service, we help you clarify simple legal questions and concerns of people with low income and thus difficult access to legal counselling.
